I am James Romer, a full-time firefighter, who knows a thing or two about smoke.  Since 2012 I have been smoking Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs and Chicken. What started out as smoking for fun, then for a few friends has now turned into a full-blown operation with a Food Truck and Catering Service. Often you'll find us partnered with local breweries giving you the best of both worlds -- Beer and BBQ :)

My wife, Jen, helps full-time with the shopping, smoking and creating her delicious sides like the Cheesy Potatoes and Banana Pudding!
